we recentered our base of operations (desk) to a different table for now, and just relocating helped us settle our head. im so relieved we found something that worked 😭

This happens to me about my internal self, toooo. I combat it by wearing long sleeves and working really hard to not look at the body or hands, but it only does so much :/
