The moody biohorror of the manual cover for the Japanese version of Metroid Prime's GCN release.

The red smoky glow and vari-coloured creatures around Samus really tie in with the alien biological nature of the title screen.

The art direction of the Metroid Prime Trilogy is possibly my favorite of all time. Absolutely freakin’ incredible.

To be honest i think a lot about the DS unique titles, from Choushoujuu Mecha MG, Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword, Star Fox Command, etc, but if i had to say what comes to mind first, it's the game that before the DS was even out, made me amazed by the idea alone of a Metroid Prime game on a portable:

It starts with Obergefell. Then, they'll go after Loving, which legalized interracial marriage. Then they'll wipe out no-fault divorce. Then, as Whiskey Pete posted the other day, they'll come for women's right to vote one day.
