The mouth of Flesh Lip & Mandarin's face symbolize the mouth of Mary verbally abusing James. They were inspired by the mouth of the figure in the center painting of “Second Version of Triptych 1944” by Francis Bacon.
As a side note, in SH2R, Mandarin appears only in Otherworld.

I LOVE Nemesis’ final form in the original RE3, bc it’s more than just the usual blob: All that’s left of his body is a torso, arm and leg, forcing the parasite to extend its tentacles and mouthparts through the open sockets and neck-hole. Nemesis is literally on his last leg, and it looks GNARLY.

Now that you mention it… yes and no? He isn’t as tentacle-y as his Type 2 form (which I assumed it was), but his coat’s visibly damaged, exposing half of his chest. The closest I can think of is the “1.5” form you can get if Carlos intervenes, but his skin’s obviously not burned away in that sketch.
