Was Jacques Delors sagen würde? Er wäre vor allem fassungslos über die Wendung der Ulrike Guérot, die mal eine prominente Verfechterin der europäischen Idee war und über "Europa als Republik", über die Notwendigkeit einer europäischen Öffentlichkeit, über postnationale Demokratie nachdachte.
