Screenshot of youtube studio settings, submenu "channel," tab "advanced settings." There are two checkboxes listed under "Video quality enhancements," one for video quality and the other for audio. Bonus setting underneath these two for permission to train AI models on your videos.

For those of you who post videos to youtube, this is where you can find the settings to prevent youtube from making changes to your videos without your consent. They're opt-out, so unless you've disabled them already, you're probably enrolled.

I’m getting deviated septum correction surgery in two weeks! After years of thinking I was just bad at breathing and prone to frequent, long lasting sinus infections, I was finally able to get a CT scan! Found out I barely have any space on one side!
