I just heard some 11th graders say “six-sept!” And I’m not sure if this is a victory or not 😂. They then had a discussion about how to translate Italian brain rot names…

Most bizarre realization of the day: Gen Alpha does not know that Danielle is a girl’s name. It occurred to me that I cannot remember the last time I had a Danielle in class, and it doesn’t impact their score at all. Just a weird realization of a lack of name recognition.
