Been a while. Finally got my Portuguese plates for the Beat. Bonus: it happens to spell out four letters of my name in the exact order. The plates are assigned sequentially so this was a nice coincidence!

Dug up some bones in the garden and Iβve tried to recreate what sort of animal they might have been from. Looks like some sort of snake most probably.

I remember that. Jews and queer people lived in Berlin because it was the place to be for them. Hearing them rattle off all the names of the progressive cities as targets for the ICE raids... sheesh!
It definitely feels very pogrom-like.

The device would relay all the inputs to the phone.
This would have the benefit of prolonging the battery life of the phone since the display is the biggest energy draw.
Itβs too niche for it to be a viable marketable product but I can dream!
Iβve been dying for a Sidekick-like phone. Iβd even jump ship away from iOS for this.
Alternatively, Iβve dreamed of a βcompanion deviceβ that connects to an existing phone wirelessly and has a screen + keyboard, so you could leave your phone in your pocket/bag, and it would feed the display and
Back in 2012, I had to have a tooth pulled because I was too poor to afford a root canal. Yesterday, I finally had the first stage of a dental implant done. They warned me that it would be swollen and sore for 3-4 days. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I feel fabulous even w/o pain meds!
