I finally saw a pair of bluebirds on and around my small bird-feeder yesterday! I’ve seen the female before but never the male. I was surprised his feathers were such a vibrant blue. So pretty!

Mini bull terrier Poppy likes to knock me over after photos

Poppy is our mini English Bull Terrier. She’s a good girl but enjoys knocking me over after having her photo taken. 🫤

Our breakfast table overlooks our deck where a small bird feeder has hung for years. A variety of birds visit, but most are cardinals. I’ve noticed at least 3, maybe 4, cardinals fly into our windows this year. One poor cardinal broke her neck. Please, any suggestions to end the unintended suicides?
