We just returned from a vacation, and thankfully the integration happened a few days before we left. It was stressful worrying about what would happen if the cats weren’t ready.

When this happened in my area a few weeks ago, it was due to a major gas main leak caused by construction. Two hours of rotor noise and a neighborhood evacuation later, no injuries, but… gah.

My household is up to four cats now, can you believe it? Marlowe (in profile pic) died in July, almost 14. We have Jimmy, bonded brother kittens (9 mos.), and their mother (18 mos.). Still trying to integrate mom.

I was actually just thinking of you! I recently learned that EpiPens are OTC in most of Canada. If you know anyone who’s struggling to afford an EpiPen, they cost less than $100 USD, here.

At my local pharmacy, it was $129.99 CAD, which works out to ~$95 USD.
