Does anyone know who's running thecyberinst.org? Because that site is deprecated in the sense of left to it's own demise. Noone is reply on their "support account", there's no affiliation, no LinkedIn page, nothing. Sure I looked for 5 minutes and mailed a couple of times, but it seems dead..

Washington Post has again managed to find anonymous sources saying Russia is not doing bad things in the Baltic Sea.

They got the infographic quite wrong, so I fixed it.

They also have a named source, within military intel, completely contradicting their headline.

Nice work again WaPo.
