Yep. Shouldn’t be thinking “fuck sake we play again tomorrow”…. But here we are!

The thought has crossed my mind not to even bother watching it, I probably will like but it annoys me that I’m even thinking that way. It’s the performance more than the result, it was such a hard watch the other night (and many other games this season!)

Totally agree but I am worried that he survives if we scrape CL qualification. Just don’t trust them to make the right call in that situation

Yeh, very. Could accept it if it was a one off, but it’s every week. I’ve seen players sprinting and shooting at goal in this game. Madness.

I was just about to post I’ve watched about 3 or 4 minutes of that game and seen more desire (from both teams) to try and win the game than I did in our full game last night

I thought this when he was mentioning low blocks, long throws and set pieces every week, as if he wasn’t the “head coach” who could possibly do something about how we deal with them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Horrible isn’t it. Even if we’d somehow came out of the game with something - that performance (1st half especially!) was a disgrace and deserved nothing.

It’s now 3rd March and nothing has changed my mind. The upturn in results (they couldn’t have got worse) papers over the absolutely awful “style” of play and lack of fight.

Been a lot of talk lately about whether football (premier league particularly) is losing its spark - with so many dull, boring games heavily reliant on set pieces and this game has done absolutely nothing to suggest otherwise.
