Well be forewarned that a low-FODMAP can be a significant adjustment but boy did it change my life for the better. My guts work better, but also, so does my brain. And once I got used to it, it's pretty auto-pilot.

FWIW I wish somebody had told me about the FODMAPs diet sooner, so now I am telling you in case you care to check it out. I also agree with the brain/body loop! It's a thing.

BIG NEWS: A federal court in the Milligan case is tired of the Alabama leg's refusal to draw a map that contains a 2nd majority Black district—even though the Alabama leg has been told time and again—so the map is out of the leg's hands and a special master and cartographer will draw it.

So if I feel that open carrying of a firearm is critical to my safety, it would be illegal to travel from CO where it is not legal, to Kansas, where it is, although it'd be legal for everybody else in Kansas to do so and our country does not unreasonably restrict interstate travel. Deeply alarming.
