The lack of reliability of your service is driving not only myself but other OC Transpo users to instead resort to even more expensive rideshare solutions and or even further expensive purchasing a car.

For a city of mostly public servants, this is unacceptable.

Since the OC Transpo has a transit fare within the top five most expensive, how can you rationalize this kind of service?

I work on 7 out of 14 days. On at least three of those days at least one of the three vehicles used to reach my destinations are either early resulting in a transfer late resulting in missing the next transfer or sometimes they never arrive at all.

Second, if wages kept up with inflation then absolutely gamers would buy games at whatever price they are because without inflation the cost is fundamentally fair

Not for nothing but the expectation of what one gets out of a video game has increased. Used to be one game devs could slap a game together in a week. Back then we were all still impressed with 16bit.
