Write to your State Rep to help us defeat this bill on the House Floor today:

Yesterday, we testified against a 20-week abortion ban in New Hampshire.
Instead of addressing rising health care costs facing NH, lawmakers are pushing an out-of-touch ban that strips Granite Staters of the freedom to make their own medical decisions. ❌ (1/2)
A great way to push our movement forward is by just TALKING about reproductive health care with our friends + loved ones.
Having someone in your community you can talk to — without judgment — is POWERFUL.
This bill is a slap in the face of Granite Staters, and we're not having it.
Take 30 seconds to tell your state reps that new restrictions on abortion are OFF THE TABLE! 👇

❌ This Wednesday, Republican State Rep. Kevin Scully is introducing a 20-week abortion ban in NH.
A majority of Granite Staters widely support abortion access — AND, Gov/ Ayotte / NH Republicans made EXPLICIT campaign promises that they wouldn't further restrict abortion.

Do you feel like you have good options for health care in your community?
If not, what’s missing?
This vote leaves NH patients and providers vulnerable to out-of-state political interference.
Granite Staters: The full Senate will vote soon. Contact your senator and urge them to SUPPORT the Shield Law.

We’re disappointed that the NH Senate Judiciary Committee recommended not to advance the Shield Law — a party-line decision.
In New Hampshire, our health care should be governed by our laws and our values — not dictated by politicians in other states.
This week, our NH Organizer, Ashley, joined the @aclu-nh.bsky.social for a community screening of “Heightened Scrutiny” — a powerful film that highlights the fight for gender affirming care access.
She then joined a panel to speak to the fight for gender affirming care & reproductive health care! 👏
If your answer was “I’m not sure” — we've got your back!

🌡 Temp check:
If you needed medication abortion or an emergency contraceptive (like Plan B) — do you know where you'd go?
If not, where would you go to find that information?
This is an immigrant justice crisis, and this is a reproductive justice crisis. We cannot stop fighting until every person is able to experience safe and healthy pregnancies and be treated with dignity. Full stop.

Rebecca Hart Holder has been a champion of reproductive rights & justice. It’s such a shame to lose her talent and expertise, especially during these dark times. Thank you, Rebecca, for all the work that you’ve done. Meanwhile, keep fighting @reproequitynow.bsky.social. 👊🏻

According to a 2023 CDC study, Black women are 3.5X more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than white women.
This is more than just a statistic — it’s a crisis that demands urgent action. Read about it: 👇

"NH does not tolerate out-of-state actors trying to reach into our state to control our health care.”
By passing a Shield Law, we will protect patients and providers from legal attacks from beyond our borders and ensure that New Hampshire — and only New Hampshire — governs our health care.
Question for people in New Hampshire (especially rural NH) —
How long does it take to get to a doctor’s appointment from where you live?
