Instead of addressing rising health care costs facing NH, lawmakers are pushing an out-of-touch ban that strips Granite Staters of the freedom to make their own medical decisions. ❌ (1/2)

A majority of Granite Staters widely support abortion access — AND, Gov/ Ayotte / NH Republicans made EXPLICIT campaign promises that they wouldn't further restrict abortion.

We’re disappointed that the NH Senate Judiciary Committee recommended not to advance the Shield Law — a party-line decision.

In New Hampshire, our health care should be governed by our laws and our values — not dictated by politicians in other states.

This is an immigrant justice crisis, and this is a reproductive justice crisis. We cannot stop fighting until every person is able to experience safe and healthy pregnancies and be treated with dignity. Full stop.

Our statement following the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts FULL dismissal of the federal lawsuit filed against the Reproductive Equity Now Foundation by an anti-abortion center.

Racial gap widened in deaths among US moms around the time of childbirth Black women in the U.S. died at a rate nearly 3.5 times higher than white women around the time of childbirth in 2023.

According to a 2023 CDC study, Black women are 3.5X more likely to die from pregnancy-related causes than white women.
