Yay.. here we go again. I just got fired.... I'm sorry.... laid off as "My position has been eliminated" from my job of 3 years as the Creative Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer.

Money is tight, the job market sucks, and the holidays are coming up. This is going to suck!

Well... we tried to watch Dogman last night, and well... it was just awful. Made it about 25 min and had to turn it off. While it wasn't this because there was "some" plot, it was just too analogous to the brain rot stuff on YT. Disappointed it was produced by Dreamworks whom I hold to a higher std.

Well crawling around in a 110*F attic, with little space to move, trying to run some Romex was a great way to almost pass out and give myself a headache this afternoon. So... yay!

Finally home and this shit day is over. This happened this morning….

Dude in a huge ass Dodge Ram tried to drive over my poor little car while backing out of the parking space.

I don't want to go to bed, it just makes the morning get here faster and have to go back to "that" place.

Where I work, it is extremely toxic. I've been killing myself there as of late. Last few weeks everyone that I have any connection with has quit or been fired. Leaving me to feel quite isolated, like when I first started. My mental health has taken a big hit.

I need to get out.

Work has me stressed out, there’s a bunch of stuff to do around the house, and honestly most of the people I want to see didn’t have any time for me last year.

I think I’m just going to stay home for this one.

I mean fair, but I haven't been to an actual "crowded" movie theater in forever. I'm sure you have your reasons, and the pandemic seems to have pushed people in this direction of consumption. But streaming it doesn't keep movie theaters in business and it rarely gets sequels made, box office does.

I keep getting ads for bear clothing on FB. (the algorithm has uhm... yeah😳). Anyway, as a graphic designer this has the be the geekiest gay bear shirt I have ever come across. I mean the only thing that would step it up a notch is if it were Pantone PMS colors.

I don't feel like the furries are coming out for this one for some reason. None of the furs in any of my TG chats are talking about it. Barely seeing anyone on BS or X talking about or mentioning having seen it. I don't get. It was soooo good. It only made $10m domestically this last weekend.

Bad Guys 2 only made $10m domestically over the weekend. That's a 50% drop from opening weekend which also should have been higher. What up Furries, where y'all at?

I'm so over yard work. Its in the 90s. I can practically watch the grass growing. It's tore my commercial ZT mower up multiple times now. I've been working on weed eating, etc.. every day on my lunch break for the last week.

I'm tired of it already.

Well this is an indicator of how the day is going to go.

I went to add chlorine tablets to the pool floater, as I did the bottom fell out of it, dropping the tablets to bottom of the pool. I didn't exactly want to start my 7:30AM day off with a quick morning swim, but here we are.
