FE Three Houses gotta be one of the most bloated games I've ever played, which is a shame since there's some really interesting characterisation and plot ideas in there but maintaining motivation to see them is difficult

it's not like the story in cov is incredible but it's good enough with ample twists and ideas that the great parts of the game (a superb ost and a snappy, well-thought out traversal and battle system) get to shine
the few dungeons still suck but they form a small part of the game so I can forgive

canon of vengeance in smt5v is such an enormous step up from canon of creation its absurd
the characters have actual arcs and their behaviours follow a clear throughline, with the distinct separation of bethel from the angels and actual antagonists thrown in all making the game so much better

any straightforward, surface level thought can be labelled as common sense and a large proportion of people will simply take that thought and accept it as true fact

'common sense' might be the ultimate buzzword, its been around for hundreds of years as an idea that the majority is familiar with and wheels out on the regular but it's also been consistently shown that when people give examples, their examples are often provably wrong or not actually common

that's about the time it actually starts going places! it's worth the effort to push on

the house of fata morgana really is excellent.
has a slow start and some sloppiness towards the end but the prose is flowing and luscious, with its visual style and soundtrack being top notch too
