I adopted this cute Pony off YCHCommishes. Named her Sunset Lyriq. Decided to get back into art (bought a drawing tablet) so I sorta drew these. I found a cool ref template on deviantart (ArcticWindsBases I think was their name).

I'd have to go back to gig work/Instacart until I find something. Which isn't awful, but doesn't pay the best imo. Idk what to do.

Any advice? I know talk to my Manager is one, but I am scared she won't respond and what not. Maybe I am blowing this out of proportion...

So idk what to do.

The kicker? Every new job I have applied for I have gotten rejected. I am scared that I am getting fired. (But Idk what I did to deserve it if I am).

I have been so stressed and nervous the past couple days, that I just want to quit and put the toxic behind me.

So anyway, I was like wtf. This girl that said it to him is known to start shit, so I am taking it with a grain of salt. But what sucks is like I said, I am not scheduled past the 1st of March. I texted our HR but haven't heard back. I dislike our manager and I don't really want to text her.

I need to vent.

I checked my upcoming work schedule and I am not scheduled past this weekend. My friend/coworker is, and has multiple shifts.

He called me a couple days ago and said that another coworker said our manager is not considering us as supervisors (we already are/have the pay).
