Summer memories to keep me warm

I must have that same folder. LOL! I've lost track of the number of times I've had PT in the last 10 years. I think they've covered nearly every joint in my body now. I know what to do to help myself but I've gotten lazy.

PT is great but it's so hard at the beginning when you're in pain. Four weeks seems like such a short time. It takes 4 weeks of steady pt to even see any difference. Then the sad thing is if you don't continue to do the work at home you lose what you gained.
