"Believe all women" is a worthy cause and I'm not against it at all. It's when you stretch it to absurdity and you turn it into "believe all women no matter what" that we start having some issues.

California's statutes are very permissive about having John Does in lawsuits, but they never came into play at all.

This is a complete non sequitur. Karissa and Kelly never filed any charges against Chris. He was the one suing them for libel.

Additionally, Chris never "tampered with evidence". It was Karissa & Kelly who deleted tens of thousands of their old tweets when the contradictions in them came to light.

He hasn't "foreclosed on clearing his name in the court of public opinion", that's absurd. He *has* mostly cleared his name by getting a good outcome *from* the lawsuits. It's only hardcore "deny all evidence and believe women no matter what" people like yourself who think otherwise.

Her contact with both Chris and Escoblades was only positive after the "incidents".

Refiling lawsuits in the correct states after the first one was dismissed due to jurisdictional reasons isn't "witness intimidation". Karissa and Kelly aren't witnesses, they're defendants in libel lawsuits.

No one accused him of being "rapey". They accused him of assault, in public spaces, in front of direct witnesses who disagreed entirely.
