Before OMNY, a NY monthly pass cost 46 rides. In contrast, the Continental European range is 15-30, encouraging ridership while discouraging evasion.

Some aggregator syndicator offering 100 stories a month for $10 might work if they aggregated really broad coverage.

department of things that make me feel like i'm having a stroke: the long island railroad killed round-trip tickets. if i'm visiting family overnight, i now have to buy 2 1-way tickets that only work on day of purchase. #nyc

Incoming skilled immigration requirements don’t need to specify which skill is required, just that the skill is valuable. EG., pay $1 million income tax in advance, be granted a five year visa.

17.02.2026 23:52 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0What does "crashed into a bus stop" mean ?
Buses drive (are driven) into the bus stop every 10 minutes. Very normal and proper.
Is the bus stop where the bus stops (typically on the roadway), or is it where the passengers wait (typically on the sidewalk) ?
Automobile crash reporting too often skips over the facts of what happened and picks up a vengeful tone to ask why weren’t the survivors jailed. All this while never diagramming the incident.
Did this driver leave the roadway and, with her car, hit pedestrians on the sidewalk ?
The prompt, "Here I am now, entertain me (better than Netflix)." remains undefeated.

It is customary to use yellow on the left edge of the roadway. Perhaps yellow is more requisite where one-way segments lead to two-way segments.
