Done with sanding! It’s not glued yet, just barely holding together with some tack, haha. I’m still deciding whether to paint this one or print a new version. I noticed a few sculpting mistakes that need fixing.
I’m still amazed by the quality of 3D printings. It’s magical 😭

One of my favorite sculptures at the Peabody Essex Museum is Armond Lara's "Deer Dancer", a life sized marionette. It is haunting and elegant and I find myself drawn to it every time I visit the museum.
