Continuation of the previous post. Dizzy is shown from the left side, facing left. He is slightly doubled over in apparent discomfort with his eyes closed, panting with his bill open. He is hugging his chest as his stomach audibly rumbles.

As before, but Dizzy is now squatting more, head still up as he exerts some effort, audibly grunting as braces himself on his knee with his hand, the other arm across his chest. His diaper is sagging down very visibly now as he fills it up completely in one moment.

Hold on as long as you can! You don't have to beat it, but careful regulation will help you beat the worst of it in one big moment! When the moment hits where you can't stop it any more, simply squat down and push out those icky feelings, like so:
