Looks like the only benefit of the art career at this point is that you already have it and are good and won't need to start from scratch.
So to me sticking to it until an opportunity comes to fully change to something more fulfilling/less demanding and quitting art then is the play here.

Yeah, that complicates things quite a bit. Even if you like doing art, having to HAVE to do it for survival feels awful and can be detrimental.
I feel the question is: since we have to have a job still - once a career path change becomes viable - would you feel the same about other stuff too?

If you haven't always felt this way I'd take a good break and see how it goes
If you always felt this way about art - is it only art or other activities too? If only art and you don't depend on it for survival, quitting is kinda a nobrainer here.
If it's other stuff too, might be a bigger issue

Oh yeah, for sure, I just got extra confused, because they have a different publisher for those that also releases their versions on Steam.

Big Ys enjoyer, but haven't followed the series after the initial X release. Went to check why would they re-release a 2024 game... and apparently there is ANOTHER version of it from 2025 as well? All of them full price.
