I understand they have a lot going on but as somebody who works at a help desk if I gave the response they did to me, I'm out of a job within 48 hours

I genuinely think I would've rather sat in a queue. Staff getting snippy with me for saying "I wish communication on the status of this process was shared outside the discord" certainly doesn't help me feel differently.

I just say "I wish communication that was posted in the discord was shared on socials, it would've have made this much more confusing" and a staff member just gives me a snarky response. I'm on the verge of making this my last magfest I won't lie
