I’m sayin!! Veggie stock, chicken stock, just like people braise in red wine. Ya gotta use a liquid, might as well be delicious 🤌

So today I covered em in cold water (chicken broth if you have it), tons o dried herbs, salt and pepp, brought them to an almost boil, let ‘em almost simmer 10 minutes, then sit 15 minutes in the off heat! I had to turn them back on for a sec but they were 🤌

Hey I just poached two chicken breasts and they look abhorrent but taste SO GOOD so remember that’s an easy option! Especially for like salads?? Settle daaaaahn
