It's really hot to imagine the mechanic who comes in to check on the engine and tinker with the connections to the vat while one helplessly gulps in the meantime. It's just normal to these people and they make sure everything's in working order while the fatty just keeps swelling in the background

Tube feeding with machinery sounds so hot not just because of the volume and constant flow of whatever tasty goop is being pumped through to the fatty on the other end, but alao because this implies an infrastructure required to supply and maintain devices meant to fatten a person up.
