In the 2023 season, Team 5032 faced challenges after losing its mentor. Initially uncertain about competing, the Falcons persevered. The team developed a new pick-and-place robot design with a West Coast drive system and a triple boom system. From the brink of not surviving, Opportunity emerged.

Perseverance-49 delivered our most successful season in team history!
The team poured its heart and soul into creating this robot over just 49 hours, bouncing back strong after COVID-19. P49 earned us two finalist medals and placed 20th in Ontario. Thank you Perseverance-49 for the fond memories!
