I learned to knit for the same reason, except with hats. Crocheted hats are doable, but I've never had any luck. It was about six months of making hats before I tried my hand at socks 🤣 They aren't so bad once you figure out which heel method you want to use, that's the hardest part

I've gotten pretty decent at making socks, so I upgraded to this fancy locally grown, hand-dyed alpaca yarn

I've been working for a long time to put together this new process for onboarding new clients

It's the best of both worlds of my standard and expedited programs. It's available at any time, and the full range of debt contract program options are available

So for clients that don't experience any friction naturally, I just create some (within the bounds of what their specific contract allows)

This is a bit counterintuitive, but that's the nature of the specific niche kink that I service. My clients have a fetish for inescapable debt. In order for that to fee real, they need to experience boundaries

When they try to escape their obligations, or miss payments because of insufficient funds, my response to those situations makes them truly understand how deep they're in it with me. And the chances that they renew for another term and/or increase their surrender amount are very high

The best predictor of whether or not a client will renew with me at the end of their debt contract term is friction. The more friction between us, the more likely they are to become a long-term client

The most common frictive incidents are failed payments and attempts to "escape"

I've increased my fees for video/voice conferences. Previously I didn't charge for interviews for applicants for debt contracts, but they have become pretty popular and it is taking a lot of my time

Conference fees are income-based and paid during the call using a manual card authorization

Just finished a video chat with a new client. All the signatures are complete and the first installment cleared before it was over
