air pump switching valve opened, internals very dirty with carbon buildup

actuator side of air pump switching valve internal, detail shot. rubber internals of actuator (seals?) are cracked and falling into the body of the valve.

Tryna hack out a common 07 wrx emissions issue. Driver's side air pump switching valve. by count of pins in the connector, this is the one containing a baro sensor.
Also looks like its not restorable, by me anyway.
this one is the easier of the two to pull. book says to pull manifold for the other

Like, I'm becoming more antisocial and unemployable by the day and there's nothing I'm motivated to do right to improve myself.
