All this recent stuff in past two months have been making me reach my mental limits, hoo boy.

Also, new girl! This is Kiari- an african wild dog!

Little silly lore for her is that she was a warrior in the past, but when she moved to the city she got a bit too comfortable and lazy, so she put on a bit of weight.
She's still learning the modern social norms:)

Yup, that we can both agree on, I suppose I'm just on a more lighter and on a less critical footing about it, and that's okay too

Sometimes you do gotta criticise what you love and see potential in, it's too a sign of love because you want to improve in what you see as flaws

Absolutely, but since it was their first project, I absolutely can let it slide, we can't learn without making mistakes, and no movies will be liked by absolutely everyone

Still, it was a very good project and I'm glad that it didn't fly under the radar, and people loved it at large, Mark and David deserved it, especially David Szymanski as they are the original creator of the material, making the original small itchio game into a full-blown movie is still insane tome

I understand where you coming from though, there was a lot of potential to explain more, show more, but I fear we'd end up with overexplanation, and that would kill the mystery of the story and what happened at large entirely, hard to tell what the right path would be for the team

I think most of the issues with the backstory are tied to the fact that they wanted to be as close to the source material as possible, even in the game we know zero motivation of convict, hell we are given zero backstory of why and for he's there, just very basic instructions

Personally I think right now, with how cinematography is nowadays, it deserves more then pat on the back and 4\10, but this is a question of tastes though, can't be something that will be liked by everybody, so I respect your view on it ^^

Compared to pretty much, most of modern made movies where everything is being spoonfed to us and has quirky humour that deletes any tension, I think Mark did an amazing movie, sure back in the golden days of cinematography we'd look down upon it

For a first film, I'd say its good, and in psychological horror it did quite well aswell, it's quite close to the original material and a good expansion on what essentially prior to this was just a small lil' game that gave you so little information besides a terminal with little specs of text

I'm curious though, what were your expectations prior to watchin' the movie?

Perhaps walking through the Wild Deathclaw area was not a good idea

Ah, you finally grinded to get the wings back in the skill tree!

It will take time for me to get used to her ult, I honestly just been more focused with using vines, stun and healing, Healin' Nova or what its name is been pretty helpful as well in group pushes, so I feel like I at least been doing something in matches
