I wonder how many kids would notice? I suspect not many. I grew up around sewing machines a lot, both parents and one grandmother were sewists. I am a creator and a quilter. I don't think sewing machines at home are as common as they used to be. Anyway, it is a very cute picture.

It's October. Today needs to be the last day this year over 80. I took out the window A/C in my sewing room and put in a bird feeder. Our area has Blue Jays in surround sound. Quilting in a hot room doesn't work for me. I'm losing my sense of humor with this extended excessively hot weather.
