Bought new trainers earlier in the year and injured my hip before I got to wear them, unable to run for 2 months. Just had a running vest delivered on the same day I have been diagnosed with a chest infection and feel truly awful. My #running purchases are cursed!

There’s nothing more satisfying than pulling something aesthetically pleasing from the oven. Sourdough starter will hopefully be ready to attempt something a little more adventurous over the weekend. #bread #baking

Lunchtime run before the weather changed. Lovely first mile, struggled for the next four. 3hrs of work and then it’s weekend time 🎉 #running

50 minute drive there and a 40 minute drive back. All for a 31 minute run, ran at a pace faster than my average driving speed. #qualitytime #running

First 10k in a while…getting a bit further along the river. Bit of a slog, but felt good after what has felt like a very long two days back at work after a week off! #running

Used up the last of the Christmas ‘24 shower gel. Good shower gel haul, last Christmas - deodorant hardly lasted any time whatsoever. I do still have moisturiser from ‘22, though, when - presumably - there was a good offer on

Early one, before a long day in the office. Enjoyed that - should do it more often. #running

Pain finally abated so I could go for a lunchtime run, which - first half mile aside - felt pretty good in much cooler temperatures. Got to stroke a dog as well, which has got to be a bonus. #running
