Speaking of modern terrain for my wargaming tables… Work continues on the hot dog stand.

Cut some flooring (printed paper) to fit, glued it down and re-test fitting the walls to make sure they still sit nicely.

The mouth took care of itself pretty well while I was painting, it just needed a little tweaking to be happy with it. I mixed a sickly flesh color and an even more sickly wash (I accidentally said "oil" in the last post)

Tonight I played 40k, the mission was Losing Ground from WD; my DKoK v White Scars. The mission is hilarious, play it if tou get a chance. My Kreig got tabled but pulled out a win 58-55.

In Shivershield models can also react to opponents' actions. Usually these are limited, but by going 'on the alert' you get a full pick of actions. You can also be forced to react, so saving stamina can be really important.
