White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said, “I’ll check back on that and get back to you,” when asked if Medicaid payments were affected by the OMB order.

"Government efficiency" apparently means not knowing if your administration intentionally or unintentionally froze healthcare for 60 million Americans with its unconstitutional order.
