Enjoyed a wee jaunt Ito Edinburgh yesterday to the Institut Français where we saw this thought provoking and rather wonderful documentary, followed by a bistro meal - Toulouse sausages, mash and a glass of red. An afternoon well spent!

Returned home yesterday to be greeted by these lovely hellebores. Great to be back in the space and light of Scotland after a day on trains. Just had a wee look at what is occurring in our garden… hellebores, snowdrops, crocus and first daffodils. Windy but warming. House beginning to heat up now!
