It brings in millions for the city, a real boost to tourism. I think Durham will be a little less for not having it. But it was a good event. One of those where you can just take your time, appreciate the art, it’s message, and catch up with friends as you walked.

Lumiere has been and gone in Durham, the last one too. So it was especially poignant. Every two years this lovely light festival has brought a new perspective to the city. Sad to see it go.

It’s good, thanks! I’m a ‘Senior Manager’ now which is just laughable. But I’m working on a few projects and it’s really quite fun, but doesn’t really slow down. But that’s part of the joy. There’s always something different to tackle.
