I was planning to look for collectibles as I went and really grind through the game slowly, but I kinda hated that after doing that for the first area (may be influenced by no car)

Roaming when I please and mostly doing story does mean I miss a lot, so hopefully nothing is missable 😅

Oh!!! Now I can finally talk about how I feel about the Open World.

~18 hours in, I'm pretty happy with it. There's some nice movement tech and interesting ways to get around once you actually get a vehicle and start doing silos, and I feel pretty rewarded for finding stuff on my own!

Mixed feelings about that lil workaround w/Trouble just tanking uncontested for me but nonetheless the effects were cool and I liked his fight mechanic loop!

I can't wait to see the other big fights~

Alright, from here on is spoilers. WOOO THE IDOLATOR SOL FIGHT WAS FUN!! I Will Say.. Trouble taking aggro the whole time certainly made it pretty dang easy. Despite being on hard difficulty, he wasnt doing enough to kill Trouble so I basically just had to pay attention to the raid mechanics to win?

Unfortunately I have work tmr early and didn't get my install in during the day,,,, so I will be downloading tonight and playing as soon as I get home tmr!

I'm lucky that this first playthrough will be with a homie!!!!!! I've not had many people in my life who like the Borderlands series (let alone to play with, it's only happened with a handful of folks) - so I'm Really Excited to say the least. I'm staying practically Blind too until I get to play 🙈
