I HAVE BEEN SUMMONED. Mafia members may have been drafted, what would have disqualified you would have been if you were CONVICTED of a crime. During this time (Before RICO) it was actually quite hard to pin down Mob guys as the Mafia wasn’t even confirmed to really be a thing until 1962.
