Congress has to stop attacking our #PublicLands.

The latest: Senator Mike Lee is weaponizing the Congressional Review Act resolution in an attempt to wipe out protections for Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.

We have to stop this plan! Please submit a public comment ➡️ bit.ly/3N6OOmP

Gray/tan bird. There is an out-of-focus little yellow flower in the foreground casting an unfortunate yellow spot on the side of the bird.

Tell Chemours to pledge to never mine near the Okefenokee - Environmental Action Chemours can set a powerful precedent by pledging never to mine near the Okefenokee.

The Okefenokee Swamp is a wildlife haven. It’s also threatened by nearby titanium mining.

Join us in urging the mining company, Chemours, to not mine near the Okefenokee:

Hummingbirds aren’t typical patients for us, but baby bird season arrived early.

This pair of Allen’s Hummingbird hatchlings showed up in a box on our doorstep, and we moved quickly to care for them.

Their beaks are so so small that drops from Q-tips kept them hydrated!

WATCH: Trump, EPA's Zeldin announce end of scientific basis for U.S. action on climate change The Trump administration on Thursday revoked a scientific finding that long has been the central basis for U.S. action to regulate greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change, the most aggressiv...

Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

Also reality: the Moon sucks. We can’t live there either.

The females do not have red feathers on top of the head. You are kind of looking at the black and white striped wings folded over her back.
