A dex entry for Poultret, the Phantasm Pokémon, a Psychic/Ghost-type. In its Framed form, it takes on the appearance of a picture frame with a photo of a human bust. It gains the ability Unnerve or hidden ability Intimidate.

A dex entry for Poultret, the Phantasm Pokémon, a Psychic/Ghost-type. In its Reflected form, it takes on the appearance of a mirror with the silhouette of a human head. It gains the ability Mirror Armor or hidden ability Contrary.

A dex entry for Poultret, the Phantasm Pokémon, a Psychic/Ghost-type. In its Stitched form, it takes on the appearance of a cloth doll. It gains the ability Prankster or hidden ability Fluffy.

While Poultret's true form remains unknown, it can take on three known appearances depending on the type of cursed poultice it is exposed to. It takes on forms that depict humans so it can scare them by contorting those familiar features.
