We lease an outstanding large-format plotter here at work. It's an #OCE ColorWave 3500. It prints amazingly detailed & clear plots. I could print to it form anywhere in the world. There is a guy whos job it is to come and 'check the meter' from the the device. Every. Month. It is the year #2025. 🤷‍♂️

When I bought my house in 2002, Realtor (and parents) said I should cut down huge Silver Maple a foot from the east wall for safety. It’s stood for 23 years providing shade & swings. In the last 5, it’s lost leaves, limbs (onto roof), & lots of bark. Today it’s coming down. I won’t watch.
