The Government has confirmed a 7% increase to the Minimum Income Guarantee from April 2026 - the amount working-age adults receiving #SocialCare must be left with after care costs.

Last week, CQC published its latest Monitoring the Mental Health Act report, drawing on conversations with people subject to the Act and reviews of registered mental health services. The message is clear: the system remains under intense strain.
