Reposted the pancake recipe because I noticed I had translated baking powder to baking soda. So now it says 1 tsp baking powder as it should!

5. Spread on a baking paper on a deep oven tray (it bubbles when baking!)
6. Bake in 200C for 20-30 min. The pancake is cooked when no traces of batter stick on a fork.
7. Let cool down a bit. Eat with jam.
8. Can be stored in a fridge for a few days and reheated.

Finnish Oven Pancake
3 eggs
8 dl milk
4 dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
0,5 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
0,5 tsp salt
0,5 dl melted butter or oil

1. Mix egg & milk
2. Mix all dry ingredient in separate bowl. Add into milk & egg mixture.
3. Add butter/oil.
4. Let rest for 30 min.
