Sending out another 60 cards today to three New Model Y owners and their immediate neighbors!

Reddit user vintagemako responds: I had the same thing happen! Here's how I fixed it: Get a bottle of Claritin. Grind up a few dozen of them in a coffee grinder. Open the center console and take out the HEPA filters. Sprinkle the Claritin dust on the filters. Make sure you get it deep in the folds of the filters, then reinstall the filters. Crank up the AC to max: throat issues solved! OP Supremesaiyajin responds back: Hmmm do you think that is good for the ac system?

My favorite response is that you should grind up Claritin and sprinkle it on your HEPA filter. I honestly can't tell if this is satire. (3/3)

Reddit user qwikmr2 responds: I have the exact opposite reaction, when outside irritants are kicking the Tesla is a refuge of clean air for me. Maybe there is a chemical that is creating a reaction for you. OP Supremesaiyajin responds back: Yeah, it should be the cleanest air, i just dont know what is causing it. I need ti find out because i want a tesla.

None of the responses mention the obvious, that AC makes air dry, and spending the whole night with it blowing into your mouth will dry your shit out.

From the TeslaModelY subreddit, a post titled "Sore throat!?" by Supremesaiyajin, which reads: Hi, I recently did an overnight drive in the new Model Y. Some months ago, I did the same trip in a new Model 3. Both times, I ended up with a sore throat afterward. Has anyone else experienced this? Could it be something to do with the AC settings, or is it just that my body doesn’t tolerate Tesla’s climate system?

I keep an eye on Tesla subreddits, hoping I'll see my postcards start showing up.

The posts reinforce the stereotype I have of the Tesla driver; a dude that's probably good at programming or IT or something, but otherwise doesn't really understand anything. For example, humidity. (1/3)

I've been a little quiet, I've sent out a couple sets of these postcards but suspect they may not be getting delivered.

I think I'm probably going to switch to a card mailed in an envelope and get back to sending these out!

Maybe not a huge factor in China, but who wants an update that makes it clear you didn't buy it before Elon "went crazy"?

I printed these on 4" x 6" card stock. You should be able to mail these with postcard stamps, which are less expensive than standard letter stamps.

Encountered my first "New" Model Y. I sent 30 postcards to the owner and the neighbors within about a block to make sure everyone is well informed!

The updated design of the Model Y borrows the headlight design from the universally despised Cybertruck, and lets everyone around you know that the car was purchased after Elon's Nazi salute.

It's not surprising nobody wants to buy them!

Bad time for a Model Y update to come out, especially using the headlight from the Cybertruck. Who would want to buy a Tesla that everyone will know was purchased after March 2025?
