I had my first session with my dietitian yesterday. Very long appointment. All that went into my head was "protein". Lol

It's not simply moving. I need guidance for what will work for me. I hiked almost every weekend and never saw a difference.

I am kickstarting finally getting my weight back in order again. I plan on seeing a PCP in a couple weeks and a dietician the week after. Hopefully in the next week or so, I can plan on seeing someone to get me physically started. In addition, I hope this meralgia paresthetica goes away with weight.

Oof... It feels like new opportunities are coming my way, but the morale at work is really low right now. They had to roll back all the release items, and the last time that happened, the offshore team was let go.

Studying for my final exam this week. Last thing I need to do before I am finished with this class. I finally get a break for a month before taking two more classes this summer.

I got a promotion today. 20% raise and title change. Effective Jun 1. Well...this is going to be interesting because a lot of the senior staff are now going to be working under me and I have only been working here for 3.5 years lol.

Nothing hurts more than realizing someone you cared about never considered you the way you thought they did. Being strung along for 8 months only to hear they are back with their ex sets the baseline for my trust issues when everyday for months they had a chance to mention this.
