Melaine, a character I kinda liked but mostly ignored in the books, is really growing on me in the show in her brief scenes lol. Not-Amys is getting all the reasons I love Amys so that's less of a surprise, but Melaine is an unexpected standout for me

She has brown skin with a cool undertone, and her dark brown hair is put up in a low bun with straight bangs that cover her forehead. Her full reddish lips are set in a neutral expression beneath a neat nose. Her eyes are a clear pale shade of green, looking off to the left. She has some wrinkles while looking ageless, which gives her that appearance typical of an Aes Sedai. She’s wearing a black high-collared bolero, clasped at her collarbone with a short leather buckle closure, and a dark gray bodice. The puff sleeves are a green silk, slashed with black velvet stripes. Due to the change from PST to PDT on March 9th, the GMT/UTC time will be 07:00 on March 13, 2025

I think this is an important point. Relatedly, show Mat missed most of the experience of early proximity to the Dragon and the terror he feels in the book about that, capped by the betrayal simulations in the flickers. Show Mat spent that time alone in the Tower already healed

Siuan currently is in a precarious political position, especially depending on what details about her involvement with the Dragon in s2 come to light, but I am not sure what Elaida specifically will put forward as to why _she_ is a suitable replacement since we haven’t met her yet
Two images side by side. Moiraine is walking through a doorway in Tar Valon with a sister of the yellow Ajah on her way to see Perrin in episode 6. That same doorway or at least the design can be seen behind Lanfear in one of the season 3 stills dropped by Amazon on WoTWednesday.
So annoyed I can’t match the windows behind Rand in the teaser trailer in appears to the the Bubble of Evil scene.
But I am happy with this find of the door that matches the new Lanfear drop img. Made for some excellent theories in today’s livestream.
