There is a lot you can do to save here and there. If your Camera tracks your model 1920x1080 60fps, I would bump that down. Maybe halve the resolution and see if you Notice any dip in tracking quality. I did have a chart of what bitrate translated to in Twitch quality but I would say 8000/30 is fine

And 8000/30 probably ends up giving less artefacting, and a sharper overall image

Thats not OBS, that is just video encoding in general, its a mess

8000 at 30 fps would be less taxing on your PC than 4500 at 60, but more on your bandwith, kinda.

if you aren't doing fast-paced gaming, 60 fps is... not really worth it if you PC is struggling
