I think a lot of us get hope wrong. Hope, I do not believe, is an emotion. In fact, hope makes space for lots of emotions to exist alongside it. You can DO hope scared, angry, sad etc...

ignoring posts about what is happening in our country for your “mental health” is a bitchass cop out. what’ll it take for you to pay attention? does your loved one need to die for you to get it? your partner, your parent, your sibling? it really needs to go that far for you to fight for human life?

I'm just really saddened and angry. Fuck ICE and anyone who supports them. We should not be tolerant of the intolerant, it just emboldens them to continue doing what they're doing. And we should not look away because ignoring the issue does not make it disappear. If you've been apathetic, wake up!

lazy or naive because they advocate for a shorter work week or more days off in a year. only being able to see your kids in the evening for most of the week is not normal!!! only having a little over 28% of the entire year to “rest” is not normal, and most weekends are spent doing things we didn’t--

working a full-time job for the first time and im increasingly certain that the people who have convinced themselves that working this often (having only two days of "rest") is normal are insane. it's one thing to be forced to accept this routine as a means of survival, it's another to deem others--

psychology is also something that deeply interests me! my technical skills are more contained in post production than production but I love that you’re knowledgeable in both those areas. i want to work more on set as maybe a set designer or cinematographer and understand lighting more
