Eerie retail scenes are the shit though. Love myself a good dead mall, closing store, abandoned building. They're weirdly comforting.

I think this is why I've always liked the way the Illinois Nazis are portrayed in The Blues Brothers. It shows them for what they are: spiteful little weirdos who are ineffective and deserve no respect.

What I did when upgrading mine was get a machine a few years old and just max it out on memory/storage. Not the most high power thing but it works well for basic gaming/art.

It was 25 years ago today, August 14, 2000, that the first Megatokyo comic went live.

The cover illustration for Megatokyo Omnibus 1. Looking down through a manhole, we cn see Piro, Largo, Erika, Miho, Ping, and Kimiko, with Seraphim sitting on Piro's head and Boo on Largo's shoulder.
