The gods didn't bless me with the "really good at hard bosses" trans genes or the "cracked at rhythm games" ones, but they did give me the "You're gonna really love rpgs and tabletop games" ones for sure.

I mostly liked it. The rehashed bits felt "meh," but I did like how it handled things like grief, picking your life back up.

Thought it was okay with how they played with the topic of maxing out in sports. It was a little goofy but fitting with how far some athletes will go for extra oomf.

This will sadly continue to be a problem as working smaller staff harder and shortcutting with more temp hires and AI tech will only lessen quality versus a strong supply of veterans that perfectly understand the ins and outs of how certain studios operate and handle issues.

Shortcuts and mismanagement are how we get Infinite and Redfall. Halo Infinites biggest problem was the constant cycle of contractors as opposed to building strong stable teams in the long term. The best quality tends to come from teams who have worked on a series for decades rather than 18 months.

But it's losing its ability to BE a good service. They're pumping too much money into making it the entirety of what Xbox is with no sustainability, and canceling their first party is only going to drive subscriptions down. Forza fans are eyeing Gran Turismo right now after the Turn 10 layoffs.

- Turns their entire brand into an increasingly expensive subscription service that requires a constant flow of content to keep people interested

- Continously cancels content that would feed said service in order to save money from the expensive costs
