This decision is BS for a multitude of reasons. It green lights false advertising and puts the burden on the consumer to figure out magically on whether labeling and advertisements are in any way accurate for the product.

This afternoon, I will testify vs SB 293, the bill requiring schools to release students if they wish to attend private religious instruction during the school day. One fundamental problem = the ONLY reason students may be excused like this is for 100% religious purposes.
